加勁工法應用於坡地工程之關鍵技術探討 2013-09-02
 

台灣之坡地維護向來在水保工作中佔較大之比重。而加勁工法在台灣之應用則已行之十數年。近年來在政府推行生態工程以及環保意識日漸抬頭下,生硬且製造過程伴隨大量二氧化碳產生之鋼筋混凝土結構物乃逐漸被其他較符合生態精神之工法所取代,而成熟之加勁工法則正符合生態與安全之理念。 

加勁工法應用於坡地工程之關鍵技術乃在必須兼顧因地制宜、正確設計以及落實施工等,而施工過程中之基礎穩固處理、回填土之含水量是否恰當等亦為加勁工法是否成功之重點。本文以目前實際應用於台灣坡地工程之加勁案例為依據,並擷取部分國內相關規範及研究重點與相關學者之建議,針對加勁工法在坡地工程所能應用之範疇進行一概略性之整理,另亦針對如何落實加勁工法之施作技術以實際施作照片匯集出部分重點以作為相關應用之參考。
   
道路加勁邊坡破壞與修復之案例探討 2013-09-02
 
本文以新竹地區某一道路加勁邊坡之破壞為研究案例,針對其破壞原因加以剖析與探討並研擬整治與修復方案。研究結果顯示,降雨為造成本案例加勁邊坡發生破壞之主要天然因素,人為影響方面則分析錯誤、排水系統設置不當或失效、施工品質不良,以及使用與維護不當等各因素均或有關聯。交叉比對分析與施工對於破壞之影響,結果顯示以施工夯實品質最具關鍵性。針對邊坡失敗原因,評估兩種修復方案。考量施工、安全、成本、工期及現地環境條件等因素,最後採用回包式加勁邊坡配合鋼軌止滑樁修復。近年來加勁擋土結構作為道路破壞修復工法之比例漸增,本研究建議之修復方案確實可行,可供工程界處理類似工程之參考。

   
加勁擋土結構破壞原因之案例探討 2013-09-02
 

本文蒐集近年來北台灣地區 11 起加勁擋土結構破壞案例,針對其破壞原因加以定性探討。研究結果顯示,降雨為導致國內加勁擋土結構破壞之主要天然因素,而人為因素方面則工程實踐之每一環節均與案例破壞有關,然而論其要者,則以規劃與施工之疏失較具關鍵影響,且問題癥結並非在於加勁擋土結構之特殊專業分析與設計,而係傳統大地工程邊坡穩定分析與設計之專業訓練不足。依據研究成果,本文建議應強化相關工程人員於邊坡工程之在職教育與訓練且著重成功與失敗案例之經驗傳承與累積,改善填築土料施工計價與檢驗制度,以及因應臺灣加勁擋土結構之本土特色,由材料廠商結合優秀專業團隊,以統包方式承攬加勁擋土結構之施作,方可避免爾後類似破壞之再度發生。
